BIRDSOVERBOX LLC โ€” PRIVACY POLICY
The RED LETTER Fellowship

Effective Date: March 21, 2026 | Last Updated: March 21, 2026
Birdsoverbox LLC | State of Wyoming | Operational Office: Michigan

IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT AND AGREE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY THEN YOU MUST
NOT ACCESS OR USE THE BIRDSOVERBOX PLATFORM.

OUR COMMITMENT

Your privacy is not a legal formality to us. It is a foundational
principle of how this platform was built. Birdsoverbox was designed
from the ground up to serve believers โ€” including those in parts of the
world where identifying as a Christian carries personal risk. That
reality shaped every decision we made about data.

We do not carry advertising. We do not sell your data. We do not use
ad trackers. The platform is funded by membership fees, which means we
have no financial incentive to collect or exploit your personal
information beyond what is necessary to serve you.

  1. WHO WE ARE

Birdsoverbox LLC is a Wyoming-registered company operating a
membership-based Christian fellowship platform at birdsoverbox.com.
We can be reached at info@birdsoverbox.com for general inquiries and
legal@birdsoverbox.com for legal and privacy matters.

  1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you register for a Birdsoverbox membership, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your date of birth (to verify you are 18 or older)
  • Your location (city, region, country)
  • Your payment information (processed by our payment processor;
we do not store credit card numbers)

You may also choose to provide additional profile information such as
a profile photo, personal bio, church affiliation, or other details.
This information is optional. You control what appears on your profile.

2.2 Identity Verification

Access to the Platform requires a one-time identity verification using
a valid government-issued identification document. Verification is
conducted by screened and trained Birdsoverbox personnel. We do not
store digital copies of your identification documents. A secure offline
record is maintained solely to confirm your identity was verified.

2.3 Token Purchase Information

If you purchase tokens through the Loaves & Fish Challenge, we collect
transaction records including the number of tokens purchased, the date
of purchase, and the team associated with the purchase. Token purchases
are processed through our payment processor. We retain transaction
records for operational and legal compliance purposes.

2.4 Business Directory Information

If you register a business listing in the Birdsoverbox Business
Directory, we collect your business name, contact information, category,
service description, and billing information associated with your
listing.

2.5 Communications

If you contact us by email or through the Platform, we retain records
of those communications to help us respond to your inquiries and
resolve issues.

2.6 Technical Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Platform, we automatically collect certain technical
information, including:

  • Your IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Device type and operating system
  • Pages visited and actions taken on the Platform
  • Date and time of access
  • Session duration

This information is used solely to operate, maintain, and improve the
Platform. It is not used for advertising purposes.

2.7 Cookies

We use session cookies and persistent cookies strictly necessary for
Platform function โ€” including login authentication, security
protection, and account recognition. We do not use advertising cookies,
tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies tied to advertising
networks.

You may set your browser to block or delete cookies. Doing so may
affect your ability to use certain Platform features.

  1. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect only for the following purposes:

participation, token tracking, and prize pool disbursement

    Platform updates

  • To investigate and respond to reported violations or disputes
  • To maintain the security and integrity of the Platform
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not use your information for advertising, behavioral profiling,
or any purpose beyond operating and improving the Platform and serving
you as a member.

  1. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

4.1 We Do Not Sell Your Data

Birdsoverbox does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information
to any third party under any circumstances.

4.2 Service Providers

We share information with a limited number of third-party service
providers who are strictly necessary to operate the Platform. These
include our payment processor, membership management system, and
identity verification support. All service providers are required to
handle your data in accordance with standards consistent with this
Privacy Policy and to use it only for the purposes for which it was
shared.

4.3 WordPress Infrastructure

Portions of the Birdsoverbox platform are built on WordPress and related
services operated by Automattic, Inc. Your use of the Platform involves
data processing by Automattic in connection with hosting and platform
infrastructure. Automattic’s Privacy Policy, available at
https://automattic.com/privacy/, governs their handling of data
processed through their infrastructure.

4.4 Law Enforcement and Legal Process

We may disclose your personal information to government or law
enforcement agencies when required by law, court order, or legal
process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary
to protect the rights, property, or safety of Birdsoverbox, our
members, or the public.

4.5 Business Transitions

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all
or a portion of Birdsoverbox LLC’s assets, your personal information
may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide
reasonable notice of any such transfer and require the receiving party
to honor this Privacy Policy.

4.6 With Your Consent

We may share your information with third parties when you have
explicitly authorized us to do so.

  1. MEMBER PROFILE AND PUBLIC INFORMATION

Information you post to your public Birdsoverbox profile โ€” including
your display name, profile photo, and any profile details you choose
to make visible โ€” may be seen by other members of the Platform.

You control your profile settings. We recommend that members exercise
care when disclosing sensitive personal details, including religious
affiliation, location, or health information. The amount of personal
information you choose to share publicly is your decision and your
responsibility.

Private messages sent between members through the Platform’s messaging
system are treated as private communications and are not accessible to
the general public.

  1. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is
active or as needed to provide you with the Service. If you cancel your
membership or request deletion of your account, we will delete your
personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are
required by law to retain it or where retention is necessary to prevent
abuse or enforce our Terms of Service.

We may retain your email address and IP address following account
deletion to prevent re-registration in violation of our Terms of
Service.

If you have not logged into your account for three consecutive months,
we may remove your profile as part of our data maintenance process.

  1. DATA SECURITY

We implement reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational
measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized
access, loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. These measures
include secured servers, firewalls, and access controls.

No internet transmission or digital storage system is completely
secure. While we work hard to protect your information, we cannot
guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the
security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with
anyone. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us
immediately at info@birdsoverbox.com.

  1. CHILDREN

Birdsoverbox does not knowingly collect personal information from
anyone under the age of 18. The Platform is intended solely for adults.
If we become aware that a minor has registered and provided personal
information, we will terminate that account and delete the associated
data. We may retain an email address and IP address to prevent
re-registration in violation of our age requirement.

  1. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

  • Access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold
    about you.
  • Correction: You may update or correct your personal information at
any time through your account settings.

    in a portable format.
  • Objection: You may object to certain uses of your personal
    information by contacting us.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@birdsoverbox.com.
We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe. We may
need to verify your identity before processing your request.

If you are located in a jurisdiction with additional data protection
rights โ€” including rights under the GDPR or applicable US state privacy
laws โ€” those rights apply to you to the extent required by law.

  1. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services,

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes
